Derek is a mechanical engineer who joined GSK from the nuclear industry in 1990 as a project manager (UK and China), since then he has gained experience, working in previous roles including site engineering manager (UK); SAP Implementation Manager (UK); Director Global Network Rationalization (USA based); Site Director (USA); Lean Sigma consultant (Global); Manufacturing Supply Director (Global), Respiratory Product Stream Director (Global).
