Operations Director - LINPAC Plastics
Chris is currently a board Director of LINPAC Plastics, the largest division as part of the £1.1 billion LINPAC Group. He has line responsibility for the European supply chain and functional responsibility for the divisions worldwide supply chain and New Product Development. This has recently involved the development and deployment of the LINPAC Plastics Operations System across 6 European Countries. Along with his LINPAC Plastics responsibilities he has recently been appointed to lead a worldwide Lean implementation programme for the LINPAC Group. He has spent his previous career operating as Project Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager and Operations Improvements Manager.
He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, has a BSc and MBA and is a Board Director of COGENT, the Skills Council for Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Petroleum and Polymer Industries
